hmm...
so, i've also found many stamps that are from one country celebrating something from another county, for example, a US stamp celebrating Poland's millenial celebration. and these 2 gems, one from czechoslovakia celebrating charlie chaplin and one from india celebrating the lunar landing (as it actually happened in 1969, conspiracy theorists).
india stamps
not sure how readable these are, but the top 2 both read "small family happy family" and the bottom right reads "family planning". interesting. this must have been a big push in the 70s around the world, because there is also a US stamp encouraging family planning. i'm assuming the push started after the pill became widely available.

exquisite
this may end up being my favourite stamp of all time. i have seen it in the collection, but this is the first time i've taken a good look at it. it is beautiful. i'm going to try to find one that's either unused or with less of a prominent postmark on it. by the way, if you would like to help with my collection, you can. just save the stamps off any envelopes you receive. it's easy and i would love that. they'll be sure to find a good home.
